Return Policy & Warranty

Warranty on Romitelli boots

Equine Worldwide representing Romitelli Shoes srl company takes great care over the quality of its products and customer satisfaction. 
All of our boots are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty will not be applied in the case of boots treated with inappropriate products or showing extreme wear.

If something is faulty, incorrectly made or different from demonstration model, we will happily meet our legal obligations with repairs and, if necessary, replacement of the product.
To get repairs or replacement, customers MUST promptly send an email to info@romitellishoes.com explaining the issues occurred and attaching pictures, so that we can immediately evaluate how to proceed.

Customers will be asked to ship back the faulty/wrong product.
Returned and / or changed goods must be accompanied by the sales receipt and all original packaging.
All returned goods must be clean
Shipping fees will be fully at customer's charge.

During the warranty period repairs/replacements are free of charge except for the exchange of a pair of boots in standard size by a pair of custom boots. In this case, customers will have to pay the price difference.

Kindly note that, to be replaced, boots must never have been used.

At the end of the warranty period Romitelli Shoes srl company will continue to provide assistance for repairs. The cost of repairs outside the warranty period will be calculated at the time we receive the boots back to our factory in Italy.

Measurements & Custom Order

When a custom pair of boots is bought through our agents at an event or Fair, and measurements are taken, we vouch for the proper fitting. If there is a fitting error, we will work with you to arrange the situation.

However, if measurements are taken by someone who is not from Equine WW's team, we cannot guaranty the fitting at any moment; the customer is held responsible for the incorrect fitting. 

On all custom orders, if the customer decide to return the order, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

On all winter boots, be advised that the fur lining can change color from the picture we are showing on our website. 





 

Return Policy & Shipping

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processes, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

 

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over 50$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
